Important Season Information

Ready for an exciting season with Hitmen? Here's what you need to know:

Fall Season Registration

To register, simply click "Register Now" at the top of the website.

Eligibility for the Fall Season

To play in the fall season, complete the following tasks:

• Pay the Registration Fee
  
• Attend the mandatory Football Equipment Fitting (TBA).
• All equipment and NSID fees are included in registration
• Submit a picture of the ORIGINAL Birth Certificate, Report Card (for grade level verification), and a player picture to [email protected] 
• Submit a physical dated in 2025 to [email protected]
• Ensure all items and payments are turned in by the first practice to secure your roster spot.

Football Player Purchases

Football players need to purchase:

• Black integrated football pants or girdle
• Cleats
• Game socks (Coach with specify colors note in October we promote pink in honor of breast cancer awareness).
• Mouthpiece that connects to the helmet (not white or clear). Recommend having a back up as players lose them or chew them up.
• Practice jersey is needed for safety during practice note if you have a jersey from the pervious season that can be used as well.

*Football Uniforms provided by the league for football players to keep along with their equipment bag. If you received helmet or shoulder pads those will need to be returned to coach at the last game played for the season.

Cheerleader Purchases

Cheerleaders, please wait for details from the coach before purchasing. Required items include:

• Bloomers/ Black shorts
  
•  White Cheer shoes 
• Cheer practice attire

*Cheer Uniforms provided by the league for cheerleaders to keep along with backpack for poms. Pom Poms are loaned and need to be returned.

Tentative Season Dates (Subject to Change)

• Various camps scheduled throughout the off-season, starting in June
• Official practice begins July 21, 2025
• First week of the season, practice is five days a week.
• Practice for the remainder of the season is 2-3 days per week (days determined by coach and field availability).
• Practice sessions are 2 hours each.
• First game tentatively scheduled for the 1st Saturday in September.
• Games are always on Saturdays, with time and location varying. Typically, half the games are home, and half are away, with away games in Prescott, Flagstaff, or North Phoenix.
• Will be having a Shotgun Golf tournament June 14 at Stoneridge Gold Course more information to come.
